Saladette 720 LITER – 4 Doors, Grey Marble Work Surface, Glass Unit with LED, for 6 × GN 1/1 – 2500x800x1246 mm

This refrigerated salad prep unit combines 720 litres gross cooling capacity with a black marble work surface and ingredient section for 6 × GN-1/1 gastronorm containers. At 2500 mm wide, it provides space for preparing and displaying chilled ingredients in restaurants, pizzerias, fast-food outlets and salad bars.

The angular tempered glass canopy protects the ingredient area and enables clear product presentation. Integrated LED lighting illuminates the food. Behind four self-closing doors is additional refrigerated storage, each fitted with a ribbed-coated shelf.

Forced-air cooling ensures even temperature distribution between +2 and +10 °C. Temperature is controlled via a Carel thermostat. Automatic defrost simplifies daily operation, while 70 mm insulation reduces heat loss.

Stainless steel construction and rounded interior corners facilitate cleaning. Six height-adjustable feet provide stable positioning and compensation for uneven floors.
