Saladette 335 LITER – 2 Doors, Black Marble Work Surface, Glass Display with LED, for 4 × GN 1/1 – 1500x800x1246 mm

This salad bar combines 335 litres gross cooling capacity with a black marble work surface and an ingredient area for 4 × GN 1/1 gastronorm containers. With a width of 1500 mm, it provides a practical workstation for preparing and presenting chilled ingredients in restaurants, pizzerias, fast food outlets and salad bars.

The angular tempered glass canopy protects the ingredient area and allows clear product visibility. Integrated LED lighting illuminates the displayed food. Two self-closing doors provide access to the refrigerated storage below, each equipped with a ribbed-coated shelf.

Forced-air cooling ensures uniform temperature distribution between +2 and +10 °C. Temperature is controlled via a Carel thermostat. Automatic defrosting simplifies daily operation, while 70 mm insulation minimises heat ingress.

Stainless steel construction and rounded interior corners facilitate cleaning. Four height-adjustable feet enable the unit to be levelled on uneven floors.
