This salad bar combines 518 litres gross refrigeration volume with a black marble work surface and an ingredient section for 5 × GN-1/1 gastronorm containers. It is ideal for preparing and presenting chilled ingredients in restaurants, pizzerias, takeaways and salad bars.

The angular design with tempered glass protects the ingredient area and enables clear product presentation. Integrated LED lighting illuminates the displayed food items. Below the work surface, three self-closing doors provide access to the refrigerated storage compartment.

The fan-cooled refrigeration system ensures uniform temperature distribution between +2 and +10 °C. A Carel thermostat controls the temperature, while automatic defrosting reduces maintenance requirements.

The high-quality stainless steel construction and rounded interior corners simplify cleaning. Six height-adjustable feet enable the unit to be levelled on uneven floors.
