The SARO CARUS vegetable cutter supports ingredient preparation in professional kitchens. It is suitable for processing vegetables, nuts, chocolate, cheese and tomatoes. Depending on the disc used, food can be sliced, grated or diced.

The housing is made of stainless steel and aluminium. A semi-circular feed hopper makes loading ingredients easier. The scope of delivery includes three grating discs and two slicing discs for different processing results. Dicing requires a matching dicing kit, which is not part of the stated scope of delivery.

The appliance is offered with a 2-year full warranty. On-site service is not included.
