The COMBISTEEL stainless steel countertop fridge/freezer with 2 drawers is a compact, high-flexibility solution for professional kitchens where space efficiency and workflow speed matter. Thanks to its switchable operating mode, the unit can be used either as a refrigerator (+1 to +4 °C) or as a freezer (-18 to -21 °C), making it ideal for changing menus, prep stations, and multi-purpose storage needs.

The exterior is made from stainless steel, while the interior is 430 stainless steel, providing excellent durability, hygiene and easy cleaning for intensive day-to-day use. With a gross capacity of 185 litres, storage is organised in two spacious drawers, enabling clear product separation and fast, ergonomic access.

The unit features fan-assisted cooling (Umluft / forced-air circulation) for even temperature distribution and stable performance, even with frequent drawer opening. Operation is via a digital controller with a digital temperature display, allowing precise settings and quick adjustments.
