The Sveba Dahlen Classic DC11P is a professional electric pizza oven with one baking deck for two pizzas of 35 cm diameter. The pizza stone stores heat and supports an evenly baked pizza base.

Top, bottom and front heat can be regulated separately. The SD Amigo Pizza control panel with weekly timer, turbo function and power monitor simplifies control of the baking process. Rock wool insulation, dual halogen lighting and a door with ceramic glass panel complete the specification.
