The Sveba Dahlen Classic DC31P offers three separately controlled baking decks for a total of six pizzas with a diameter of 35 cm. The decks arranged one above the other provide additional baking capacity on the same footprint. Pizza stones store heat and support evenly baked pizza bases.

Top, bottom and front heat can be regulated separately. The SD Amigo Pizza control panel with weekly timer, turbo function and power monitor supports daily baking operations. Rock wool insulation, halogen lighting and ceramic viewing panes complete the equipment.
