This wall-mounted hood made of stainless steel 430 is a robust and easy-to-maintain exhaust hood for professional gastronomy use. With its compact dimensions of 1000 x 950 x 400 mm, it is ideal for use over cooking areas, grill plates, deep fryers, or pizza ovens in restaurants, snack bars, hotel kitchens, and pizzerias.

The hood is equipped with 1 filter element (495 x 495 x 25 mm), which reliably removes grease particles from the exhaust air. An integrated grease drain tap enables controlled draining of the grease collected in the catcher, thus facilitating regular cleaning.

The built-in lighting ensures good illumination of the workspace under the hood. A separate controller and motor are not integrated – making the hood perfect in combination with external fans/exhaust fans or central ventilation systems.
