This compact blast chiller and shock freezer offers 40 litre capacity and space for 3 × GN 2/3 with a container height of 65 mm. It is ideal for rapidly cooling and freezing prepared foods in professional kitchens.

Forced-air cooling ensures uniform temperature distribution. The temperature range spans from −30 to +10 °C. The supplied core temperature probe allows you to monitor food temperature directly during the chilling process.

Stainless steel surfaces inside and out facilitate easy cleaning. Automatic defrost, interior lighting, and 60 mm thick insulation complete the specification. The unit features a solid door with fixed hinge on the right side.
