Gi.Metal's compact pizza turning peel is designed for rotating and removing pizzas from the oven. The stainless steel head with a diameter of 200 mm enables precise handling, while the 1500 mm long handle provides safe distance from the hot oven area.

The robust peel head features a material thickness of 1.5 mm and is directly connected to the tube handle. The handle end and glide element are made of impact-resistant and heat-resistant high-performance polymer, supporting comfortable operation of the peel.

A connector at the handle end allows the glide element to be fixed in place. This ensures it remains attached to the upper handle end even when the peel is hung with the head facing downward.
