The stainless steel holding cabinet combines a continuous work surface without upstand with heated storage for professional kitchens and serving areas. The temperature range of +30 to +90 °C enables flexible temperature control as needed. Two space-saving sliding doors provide easy access to the interior without requiring additional swing space.

The 40 mm thick work surface with wooden backing offers a stable working and placement surface. Rounded corners, welded and ground work surface edges, and low-maintenance stainless steel surfaces simplify cleaning.

Base and intermediate shelves enable organized storage. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet compensate for minor floor unevenness. The holding cabinet is supplied fully assembled and ready to plug in and is available in different sizes.
