The Tandir II 120 electric doner knife is designed for professional use in doner shops, fast-food outlets and gastronomy operations. With a blade diameter of 120 mm and a stated daily capacity of 90 kg, it is suitable for doner skewers from 20 kg.

The slice thickness can be adjusted continuously between 1 and 10 mm. The functional, ergonomic hygiene design supports comfortable handling and facilitates cleaning. Robust construction and splash protection complete the equipment.

The doner knife is manufactured in Germany. This version is supplied without cable and without desktop power supply and is intended to complement existing suitable equipment. This is not a battery-powered model.
