The electric bain-marie from the Diamond ALPHA 650 EVO range is designed for gentle holding of prepared food in a water bath. The countertop unit accommodates matching GN 1/1 containers up to 150 mm deep and is suited to food service in restaurants, snack bars and catering operations.

The unit and the well are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Sheathed stainless steel heating elements positioned beneath the well bottom heat the water. The temperature can be set between 30 and 90 °C using the thermostat control. A separate on/off switch makes operation easier.

A perforated bottom plate is part of the standard equipment. The front-mounted ball drain tap allows the water to be drained conveniently, making cleaning after service easier.
