WashPro Full Hygiene 500 is a professional pass-through dishwasher of the latest generation – designed for high-performance use in restaurants, hotels, canteens, and catering operations. With a capacity of up to 1,080 plates per hour (30–60 racks/h) and the innovative “Full Hygiene” concept, it sets new standards in cleanliness, efficiency, and food safety.

The fully AISI 304 stainless steel double-walled insulated casing ensures maximum hygiene and durability. The patented Diamond® hood system enables particularly easy and ergonomic operation. Thanks to the integrated Break-Tank system (Type AB), backflow contamination of fresh water is reliably prevented – a crucial advantage for the highest hygiene standards according to British and European norms.

The digital CSD soft-touch control panel with an integrated self-diagnosis system (DID) and HACCP-compliant temperature display makes operation intuitive and maintenance simple. The exclusive SANITISATION program ensures thermal disinfection at over 70 °C with an A0 lethality index above 30 – far exceeding the standard of conventional dishwashers (EN 15883).
