The WasteStation Compact combines shredding and dewatering of food waste in one compact standalone unit. With processing capacity of up to 400 kg per hour, it is ideal for large kitchens, canteens, hotels and catering businesses with high food waste volumes.

Food waste is first shredded into fine particles and then fed into the integrated dewatering system. This separates excess liquid through centrifugal force. Liquid is discharged via the waste water connection, while remaining solids are collected in containers for further disposal.

Reduction of waste volume and weight minimises required storage space and can lower collection costs. Self-cleaning operation and automatic discharge of the conveyor unit simplify operation. An electronic sensor detects when the collection container is full, while the LED display clearly shows operating status.
