The WasteStation Compact combines food waste shredding and dewatering in a compact standalone unit. With processing capacity of up to 400 kg per hour, it is ideal for large kitchens, canteens, hotels and catering operations with high food waste volumes.

Food waste is first shredded into fine particles and then fed into the integrated dewatering system. This separates excess liquid through centrifugal force. The liquid is discharged via the waste water connection, while remaining solids are collected in containers for further disposal.

Reducing waste volume and weight lowers required storage space and can reduce collection costs. Self-cleaning operation and automatic discharge of the conveyor unit simplify operation. An electronic sensor detects a full collection container, while the LED display clearly shows operating status.
