The freestanding Buffalo planetary mixer with 29-litre bowl capacity is ideal for processing large quantities in professional kitchens. The powerful 1.5 kW motor supports the preparation of doughs, batters, cream and sauces. Three speed settings allow adjustment to different mixing tasks.

The planetary mixing action ensures thorough blending of ingredients. The robust stainless steel bowl can be brought into working position via a lever. Whip, spiral dough hook and flat beater are already included in the delivery.

Operation is via push buttons with safety stop function. Overload protection and reset switch complete the equipment. After use, bowl and mixing tools can be cleaned in a suitable dishwasher or utensil washing machine.
