GastroStar Galaxy is the perfect combination of elegant design and professional warming technology. Equipped with a luxurious 30 mm thick granite top in "Star Galaxy Black" and a robust stainless steel body, this counter is the highlight of any buffet line or food service area.

The system features two separate basins for GN 1/1 containers (up to 150 mm depth), operated with efficient dry heating. Thanks to the three precise thermostat controls, the temperature can be accurately adjusted between +30°C and +85°C. A special advantage: The neutral base with a door is passively warmed by the heating's waste heat – ideal for preheating dishes. The counter is delivered on wheels as standard, ensuring maximum flexibility in the dining area.
