The GI METAL Azzurra pizza peel is a robust professional tool for quick and precise work in commercial kitchens. The neutral anodized aluminum head (500 × 500 mm) offers a smooth, oxidation-resistant surface. Strategically placed perforations reduce friction and allow excess flour to fall off, ensuring the pizza slides cleanly into the oven.

The blue anodized aluminum handle is made from an oval tube profile and is designed for optimal control and stability. The connection between the head and handle is reinforced with three large rivets in line – for maximum strength and vibration-free comfort.
