Izzo Napoletano IZ4 is a technological masterpiece, being the first electric oven in the world certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) for baking authentic Neapolitan pizza. With a capacity of 4 pizzas (Ø 33 cm) at once, it delivers perfect results in just 60–90 seconds – completely without wood firing.

The baking chamber is fully lined with fireproof materials. The base is made of the renowned 45 mm thick Biscotto di Sorrento stone, while the ceiling is crafted from 40 mm chamotte stones. Handcrafted heating coils made of nickel-chrome ensure precise and differentiated heat distribution. Thanks to digital controls, the top and bottom heat can be regulated independently, ensuring maximum consistency and energy efficiency.

The design is completed with a front made of hand-hammered copper and a threshold of natural volcanic stone. The oven stands on a sturdy rolling frame and features a practical storage compartment with double doors. A must-have for pizzerias seeking top quality and authentic flair.
