Izzo Napoletano IZ6 is a technological masterpiece, being the first electric oven worldwide certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) for baking authentic Neapolitan pizza. With a capacity of 6 pizzas (Ø 33 cm) simultaneously, it delivers perfect results in just 60–90 seconds – entirely without wood firing.

The baking chamber is fully lined with fireproof materials. The bottom is made of the renowned 45 mm thick Biscotto di Sorrento stone, while the ceiling is crafted from 40 mm thick chamotte stones. The handmade nickel-chrome heating coils ensure precise and differentiated heat distribution. Thanks to the digital control, the top and bottom heat can be regulated independently, ensuring maximum consistency and energy efficiency.

The design is completed with a front made of hand-hammered copper and a threshold made of natural volcanic stone. The oven stands on a sturdy rolling frame and features a practical storage compartment with double doors. A must-have for pizzerias seeking top quality and authentic flair.
