Description
GI METAL Pizza Peel from the Azzurra line is made of neutral anodized aluminum and features a light blue anodized handle. This peel is significantly lighter than traditional models but offers exceptional durability and stability thanks to its oval tubular handle.
The lightweight and flexible peel head (500 × 500 mm) safely guides the pizza with its special reinforcement ribs and enables an efficient "spatula effect." The neutral anodization protects the surface from oxidation and ensures smooth sliding of the pizza. Precise milling at the front edge makes lifting dough from the workbench easier.
The connection between the head and the handle is secured by three large, inline rivets, guaranteeing maximum strength. Additionally, the peel offers high user comfort by eliminating disruptive vibrations.
