Description
The GI METAL Pide Peel is a professional tool for quick and precise handling of pide and flat baked goods. The head measuring 300 × 600 mm provides ample space for safe insertion, turning, and removal from the oven. The total length of 1800 mm with a 1200 mm handle ensures optimal distance from the heat source and excellent control.
Weighing only 1.13 kg, the peel is very lightweight – reducing fatigue during frequent use – while maintaining a sturdy design with a reinforced head-handle connection. The ergonomic handle ensures comfortable operation even during long periods of use.
